At the Bristol Chamber of Commerce luncheon today, Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) was recognized with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Enterprise Award for his support of pro-jobs, pro-growth policies in the first session of the 114th Congress.

Griffith said, “I have made it my duty to protect jobs and fight back against regulatory onslaught and administrative overreach, and this is a duty I take seriously.  I also work hard to advance policies that support businesses both large and small, and help to provide them with more certainty so they can keep employees and jobs.”

“I appreciate being recognized for these efforts, and will continue working to ensure we have in place policies that incentivize growth, encourage entrepreneurship, and help Ninth District businesses to flourish.”
