Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) released the following statement regarding the Obama Administration’s announcement that it will be delaying for one year the health care reform law’s employer mandate, which requires businesses with more than 50 employees to provide health insurance coverage to employees:

“If the Administration’s decision to not enforce this provision is legal, it is yet another example of Obamacare not being able to function within the parameters passed by Congress in 2010.  The bill is fatally flawed, and needs to be repealed.  The action of the Administration today makes that clear.”
