Griffith Announces $5,851,103 in Grants to Health Centers in Lee and Scott Counties

Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement after the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $5,851,103 in grants to health center programs in Lee and Scott Counties:

“Health centers provide valuable care and medical services to residents in underserved or rural areas. The significant grants awarded by HHS will support the work of health centers in our communities and help patients access the care they need.”

The individual awards are:

  • $4,553,688 to St. Charles Health Council of Jonesville
  • $1,297,415 to Clinch River Health Services of Dungannon
