The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it has awarded Mount Rogers Community Services Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Project a mental health and substance abuse service grant totaling $2,000,000. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“Mental health care cannot be neglected during the coronavirus outbreak. Certified community behavioral health clinics help patients receive the treatment they need, and this HHS grant of $2,000,000 will provide more services for mental health care in Southwest Virginia.”
