The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) today awarded $4,663,688 to St. Charles Health Council, based in Jonesville, and $1,357,198 to Clinch River Health Services, based in Dungannon, for a total of $6,020,886 in funding. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“Community health centers provide vital medical services to many in Virginia’s Ninth District. The more than $6 million in funding announced today will help the staff at these centers continue to provide care to those in need of it.”
