Mount Rogers Community Center for Mental Health Services Receives $5 Million Federal Grant for Mental Health

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it has awarded Mount Rogers Community Center for Mental Health Services a mental health and substance abuse service grant totaling $5,000,000. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement: “I am very pleased that the Department of Health and Human Services decided to allocate resources to Wytheville. The importance of addressing mental health has become even more apparent during the coronavirus pandemic. This grant of $5,000,000 will help provide more resources and services for mental health care in the Ninth District.” ### |
