Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement announcing the winners of the Congressional App Challenge in Virginia’s Ninth Congressional District:

“The Congressional App Challenge allows high school students to display their creativity and technological skill by developing an original app.

“I am pleased to announce that the winner of this year’s competition in the Ninth District is the team of Christian Musick, Theodore Boyd, Isabella Ashby, and Ava Deckard of Lebanon High School for their app, ‘Codeucation.’

“Congratulations to these young men and women on their accomplishment. I am proud of the ingenuity and talent displayed by the young people of the Ninth District in this year’s challenge.”
