U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) announced today that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $1,201,000 to Tri-Area Community Health for the renovation and expansion of the Laurel Fork Clinic and Pharmacy in Carroll County, Virginia. This funding by HHS was a fiscal year 2023 Community Project Funding request made by Congressman Griffith.

“I am pleased the Department of Health and Human Services has awarded this funding, which I requested, so that the Laurel Fork Clinic and Pharmacy has the resources its needs to update their facilities. The clinic provides a vital service to those living in Carroll County and this funding will ensure they are able to continue to do so.”
