U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Awards $1.35 Million To People Incorporated of Virginia

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded a grant of $1,355,053 to People Incorporated of Virginia, based in Abingdon, for Head Start projects. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“HHS’ award of $1.35 million to People Incorporated of Virginia will help continue to provide children in Abingdon and surrounding areas with access to educational and early development services.”
