The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VDHCD) has awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to the Town of Stuart. This federally-funded grant, administered by VDHCD, will allocate $990,272 to the Stuart Downtown Revitalization Project. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:

“This $990,272 grant will bolster Stuart. This grant provides us a reminder that our rural town economic centers remain a vital necessity.”
