Providing for consideration of the Senate amendments to the House amendment to the bill (S. 2938) to designate the United States Courthouse and Federal Building located at 111 North Adams Street in Tallahassee, Florida, as the "Joseph Woodrow Hatchett United States Courthouse and Federal Building", and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the House amendment to the bill (S. 2089) to amend the Families First Coronavirus Response Act to extend child nutrition waiver authority, and for other purposes; relating to consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 4346) making appropriations for Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes; and for other purposes.

Amendment requires a report to Congress from the Comptroller General about the impact of the implementation of this Act on the provision of services to persons according to their gender identity, sexual orientation, and variations in sex characteristics.
Amendment clarifies organizational structure of offices within ARPA-H, limit the amount of administrative funding that may be used to operate ARPA-H to 15%, remove the requirement of Senate confirmation of Director, and clarify ARPA-H's leasing authority.
Amendment requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to develop best practices for establishing behavioral intervention teams in educational settings.
Amendment requires a report on the available mental health and stress related resources or programs that are available to law enforcement officers. The report shall include additional legislative tools and authorities that may be helpful or necessary to assist in assessing, monitoring, and improving the mental health of law enforcement officers.
