Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement honoring America’s veterans for their sacrifice and dedication to our country:

“Generations of American men and women have bravely fought to protect our great nation and our allies as well.  On this day in particular, we honor our veterans for their service and sacrifice.  We owe them and their loved ones an enormous debt, for the freedoms that we are fortunate enough to enjoy are not free.  To all those who have served or continue to serve these United States, preserving our values and protecting our way of life, I thank you.”
