The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded a grant of $1,002,962 to the Head Start projects of Clinch Valley Community Action, based in North Tazewell, Virginia. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) released the following statement: “This grant for $1,002,962 from the Department of Health and Human Services is an important contribution in promoting educational efforts and other social services for children in Tazewell County.”
