GLADE SPRING – Congressman Morgan Griffith bumps into Dr. Jill Biden and Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis in the Ninth Congressional District of Virginia:

“After a full day of traveling the district, I was excited to run into the Second Lady of the United States and Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis on my way back to Salem.  By chance, while fueling up at the local Petro station just off exit 29 in Glade Spring, the two women and their entourage stopped for a quick snack. 

“I was happy to welcome both women to the district.  We talked briefly about their upcoming visit to Wytheville Community College, and encouraged future dialogue about opportunities to bring jobs to the district.  I’m looking forward to hearing about their trip and working with them both in the future.”
